What am I allowed to do on the property?

Once you purchase the property you are free to use it within county zoning regulations and you don’t do irreparable harm to the land. Please check with the county to make sure you can do what you want on the property before you make an offer.

Obviously you can’t do anything illegal, like dump hazardous waste, etc.

 

Are mineral rights included?

Mineral rights are not included unless otherwise noted on the listing.

Do you have any land that fits my specific criteria?

Take a look at all our listings. If you don’t see what you’re looking for send us an email and let us know what you’re looking for. We know a lot of other land owners that may have something for you.

What does APN stand for?

APN stands for Assessor’s Parcel Number or which is often referred to as the parcel number. Each county has its own format for how it numbers its parcels. Each APN is unique within the county.

Properties are sold on a first-come first-serve?

Please do not make partial payments without our prior approval. Our buyers pay online, whoever pays the full amount first received the property.  Any funds submitted by any backup buyers will be promptly returned.

What kind of payments are accepted?

We prefer that you make your payments online. You can use credit or debit cards or other forms of online payment like PayPal.

We can also discuss other forms of payment like wire transfer, ACH debits, etc.
